Fire Safety Induction Course
Course description
The aim of the course is to provide all employees with the necessary fire safety training to satisfy the requirements of the Fire Precautions Act 1971, and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1992. It achieves this by training all employees on the actions to be taken in the event of a fire.
Aim and objectives of the course
The aim of the course is to provide all employees with adequate fire safety training to satisfy the requirements of either the Fire Precautions Act 1971, or the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1992.
By the end of the course attendees will know the actions to be taken in the event of fire, this will include:
- Fire prevention
- the actions to be taken on discovery of a fire
- the actions to be taken on hearing the fire alarm
- how to inform the Fire Brigade
- Fire Extinguisher awareness

Course venue
This course can be run on the clients’ premises, sites, or at a pre-arranged venue.
